My 40K builds
During the last 2 years I have "Discovered" the warhammer models.
I have built a few... and found a problem with the falchion tank destroyer as I show in the second photos. Also, I didn't like the treads so I "borrowed" the treads from the Macharius II shown in the post below Last edited by ennder; 06-19-2018 at 11:10 PM. |

Here are the others. I only have part of the drop pod done....
I can't get the doors to fit right. when I printed them with the model they were too tall.... when I adjust the height of them, they have gaps down the sides. |

Excellent builds, one and all. I love the Warhammer models, and have built 4 of them altogether (threads are all in here somewhere). That's a pretty egregious design error in the Falchion, but it appears that you overcame it easily enough. Vadim Davydkov is a prolific designer, and his newer models are more detailed, and have many more parts than his earlier works. Nicely done!

Thank you
I was able to extend that bulkhead to the needed length using Ms Paint. There were 2 repaints of the falchion that I found. The bulkhead in those were corrected during the repaint. |

Hmm. Didn't know that Patoroch and Davydkov are one and the same. You learn something new every day.
