Here's version 1 of the USS Aurora from the TOS Episode "The Way to Eden." This is the episode with the Space-Hippies that create havoc searching for a Social Utopia, only to find that when they get there, it destroys them.

My brother came back from Vietnam in 1970. He was laid up quite some time after getting wounded during the TET Offensive. He said, after viewing the episode of Star Trek, "The Way to Eden", that he wanted to kill the guy pictured below, than anyone he had met in Vietnam, on either side! I remember him saying, "What a Maggot!:. My brother is a pretty liberal person too. Don't gt me wrong, he was a United States Marine, and if you were on the wrong side of his rifle,he would kill you, but there was something about that guy that just bothered him. He expressed that sentiment after watching the guy "act" for a few minutes.

Nice ship, looks just like the one that guy MTK made!

Wow.... I'm really sorry it was so difficult. When I get my site and store front done it will be much easier. Unfortunately, I've spent more time makinf models than working on my site. My sincerest appologies for the trials you had to go through to get the free model. I will endeavor to make it far easier in the future.

Dude, I was a hippy in the 70's, a military man in the 80's and in the 90's and even now I cannot tolerate loathesome ignorance like this guy portrayed. You can look this guy up on IMDB and he played some hard core miltary men, albeit in low budget movies.
