I will postpone the detailing & textures after the testbuild, so you still have plenty of time. The cockpit & tube hallway will be easy to add, but the main hull decks could interfere with the internal frame, so it'll be tricky depending on how much interior you want to fit in. I'll send you some more Otana stuff through e-mail.

If this is anything like your other work, another classic is in the making!! I'm interested in anything you do!

Unfolding preparations today: I'm guesstimating that the basic version (no surface details, simple guns) will have about 100 parts.

Unfolded and printed the alpha version, hopefully it'll be finished in a week or so. I'll start adding details then.

This is really cool. I have a tiny model I found somewhere (about 1.5 inches across). Obviously it's a Star Wars ship, but I don't remember seeing it in anything. Where exactly is it from?

While I like the general design of Outrider, it isn't on my to-do list...

It's from an old pc game called X-wing: Alliance, one of my favourite games when I was younger.

It seems I could use some comments&criticism regarding the assembly instructions, so here's an exploded view of the parts and their relative placement:

I guess adding a ortho side view of the assembled section would be useful. What else?
