Hey Neptune, I can't be certain on the length, but I do know the diameter of the lightsaber's main body should be 1.5".

Thanks, I figured about eight inches long.... I've got three of them in the works now. Doku's saber, Obiwan's saber and a generic saber that may be a Darth model. Don't know.

When I built the L5 years ago, I think I started with the nose and then worked from there. So once you have made all the boxes for the top torso, build the nose first, then work outwards and backwards. I will try and make something that explains better. Hope that helps.
