you dont have the guts boy!, mother! glue!!!!

still no good paper model of the original bw king kong on the top of the empire state building eh?
well, i guess buildings and apes and bi planes are too hard to do .
unfortunately, i just dont have the skills yet, like so many here do, and it would probably insult the memory of the greatest special effect bw movie of all time.
willis obrien probably doesnt deserve to have a really good paper model of king kong ripping the wings of a biplane for a memorial to that great movie.
im sure every one will understand. dont bother, i guess i will just go buy a resin kit.

i have seen that before, it pretty amazing!
i was thinking of something more like an anime presentation , with maybe just the very top, kong with chains broken off still on him, and a biplane in his hand being torn up.
also the t rex fight and the log scene come to mind real easily for what kong is all about.
what do you think?

i was really hoping that the guys with the skill [gals too]
could maybe parcel out the pieces, and come up with a good model fast.
maybe one person does the empire state top, one person the biplane, one person kongs face and the other the body kind of thing.
like with the rocky jones ship, my first effort wasnt the greatest but it made people happy and then another person made the whole thing including a colored interior!!!
it was a lot of fun and only took a few weeks.

It's really too bad the cool4cats kit used the wrong building but its a great model.

Best bet, however, would probably be the Empire State Building and a proper biplane from FG, and a separate gorilla model - there are a few around the web, such as these:

Mountain Gorilla - Other Animals - Animals - Paper CraftCanon CREATIVE PARK
Gorilla - Entertainment | YAMAHA MOTOR
Saschacraft Papercraft: Gorilla

no way! in californian means ''really cool!'' and i liked the gorrilas, i cant buy online though because i dont use credit cards, unless i have to, 24% intrest on a purchase doesnt thrill me.
the title of thread,
psycho
alfred hitchock
anthoney perkins
''you dont be talking to the girls norman,......they only want your money,.......you want that little tramp dont you boy......but you dont have the guts to ask her do you? you dont have the guts , boy!!!!''
[norman bates at the bates motel talking as his mother to himself, while a pretty blonde embezzeler happens upon his off road motel and is listening to him, waiting for a samwich for him to bring.
then later after he kills her in the famous shower scene, he is totally mental and blames his dead mother and screams ''oh no mother! blood!!!''
its basically a goading someone into doing something kind of thing, i thought it would draw attention to the king kong topic.
instead of blood i said glue as it it paper model related.
