Of course you know I was just joking. LOL! I did some more on the build and rescaled the card model and will be taking it out to print tomorrow. I don't like the way the new printer prints, so I'm having this laser printed at one of the big printers and I'm not accepting it unless it looks exactly the way I want it. I'll be covering it with primer, paint and fiberglass, bit I want to finished card model to stand on its own.

Your models stand on their own indeed
That big bad raider with glowing eye... that will be challenging.
Especially the wings look challenging. In ninjatoe's model scale this might not be a problem ... At least the bigger size ( compared to the moebius model) will help installing the lights. Also interesting that you use the moebius model as a kind of template. Looking forward to your solution

Thanks. I had the first five pages printed today and there is definately a stark difference in quality from most of what has come out of the new printer campared the the professionally printed sheets. Yeah, I'm using the moebius model, but not exclusively, I've got several orthos from the Zoic files as well as my own screen captures. It will be the same type of thing as was done with the Cylon Helmet and the Liberty Prime and the TOS Enterprise and so on...

This does look great indeed. Also the print looks like it was worth your efforts!
