finished finally, i might build this full size, [this one is about the diameter of a full silver dollar]
and light it up and color it metallic green.

i changed the legs so they are just painted layers instead of tubes joined.
and i need to make the spinning rim wider. but i think i got most of it right.
i will work on it more and release it later.
