oh, that's just to get the idea, first I have to think about how I want to draw the model. I noticed the ''shark teeth'' on the hood sides, and also that the legs are more like bones that sectioned tentacles. it takes a lot of time to notice so many details. you can post the pics here if you want, if not send them to [email protected]
thanks jim |

I have send you the pictures,
There are quite a few pictures and posting them here would maybe clutter the thread to much. I hope they are of some use to you. Cheers, Elko |

some more star trek stuff
I was fooling around again, thanks to the model designers on these!!! I push molded the phaser 2 nozzle with a pen tip, and used a aquamarine push pin for the light filter on the romulan nacelle.

I bought them at staples, clipped off most of the metal pin, used a colored bead, glues and ran the pin inside the thread hole, and then back lit with a white led or colored for what you probably want. basic beads come in basic colors, at staples the push pins come in aquamarine, pink and amber. led=> pin[=l-- beadO =>[=lO
then wrap in black paper or aluminum foil don't let it ground out the led if you use foil, shrink tube might be best |

GREAT job!!! Also good modelling!!! At first I didn't understand how you were preventing "light seepage" from the paper....Now I see you use an old plastic model trick of lining the inside of the model with relective material or aluminum sheeting in this case!!!!
