Ok, test build for the 144 scale fella...
Tried separate tubes... did not like it (see first pic)

So, figured out some stuff and started final build...
Now, only thing left is to figure out the thrusters - how I wanna do it, and once that is done, to fit the fins/wings. BTW, the small wings are actually the wing spars (and to add a little bit more thickness).

Until I figure out the thrusters... see ya next time!

Well my friend, that is very IMPRESSIVE work.
The only problem that I can see it that you used the over sized scale cube (those mark are really inches, not centimeter, right?)
Just joking about the scale cube. You are doing a FANTASTIC job on this model.
After you are done, you should contact Martin sanger and see if he would be interested in hosting the rescaled kit.

Keep up the GREAT work!!!

Thanks for the nice words... It's still very much a WIP, hopefully I'll be able to finish it soon.

Another thing is also the display stand... don't really like the original, but I'll figure that out when the fella is finished.

Ok, finally finished the test build of the 144 scale fella...
The thrusters are quite fiddly and I'm sure there's a better way of doing them. Have something in mind, will try that out in my final build.

Anyway, some pics of the test build result...

OUTSTANDING JOB!!!
This looks FANTASTIC!!!
If you did not have the scale cube with it, I would swear that it was the original kit. I would not have believed that it was 1:44 scale.
KUDOS to you for a job well done.
