Ijoy's Thunderbird 2

i decided to build Ijoy's version of Thunderbird 2 - i need a POD and this one will have one. Ijoy's attention to detail is most excellent. I will build the POD when possible.

Thunderbird 2

Excellent build, Peter!

Very detailed. I've always wanted to build the T2. Nice colors, too, although the red engines look a tad pale. Perhaps it's the flash lighting.

Have you got a link to this model, by any chance?

Bengt

Thanks guys. I will be building a POD eventually, just got to upscale too. Yeah it's been a while since i built anything, but procrastination {or illness} or both.... well you know. Soooo many things and all that, but i do intend getting them all done. I felt great and almost triumphant to get to this stage on a build, i'd started to think it would never happen. BUFF is still in my heart and mind folks, sorry if you feel i let you down, i do intend finishing her. But hey... TB-2 just needs the POD Laters

My good friend Phil gave the link {thanks mate} I just looked at the engines, an i think it must be the flash, although they're not really vibrant red, i think there's some other mix in there - not a solid Post Office red. The intakes are the same. Maybe i lost some colour when i converted the file back to PDF, although i had quality set at max. The camera {after several repairs} isn't all that great either, so that wouldn't help.
