Uh, Frankenberry of the robotic set perhaps?

From appearances you could probably sell him some WD-20 pretty easily (WD-20, watered down WD-40 in a spray bottle).

tried looking up gs-01 robot, 6s-01, 6s-81, 6s-31, from the number on his chest and came up with nothing ...

What is the number and what does it say under it?

It does have that look, but with a different head and texture it could also be one of the 60's Japanese giant robot thingys. With a different texture it could be Franken-Bot... All I can fins is cartoon 3d robot. Still, it looks like it would be fun to build. I've got a posable version of this as well. This would go great with some of the fallout stuff and the Retro Rockets. It fits nicely into several genres,

Yeah, that's him. I was just looking for some context and authorship.
