maybe I should have been more clear, I didn't mean building 1 of every VF-1 livery I meant 1 of every different VF, a small calamity has struck on the scaling front that will necessitate a restart of this project though, according to my calculations the VF-1 came out at 1:92 and the VF-4 is going to be somewhere in the region of 1:107 :( oh well will give me the opportunity to do a rework on the leg/engine nacelle of the VF-1 and slim it down some, so many people have put so much work into improving Shunichi's original model and that's the only real accuracy discrepancy left (although I prefer the more humpbacked look of the original getter1/janx rework's forward fuselage, sorry Legal01 love the rest of your improvements though). Right now the planned models (not counting the zentraedi mechs) are VF-1S, VF-2SS, VF-4SS, VF-9, VF-11, VF-14, VF-17, YF-19, YF-21, VF-25, and VF-29. more may be added as they become available.
And Pierre where have you been, havent seen you on skype lately.

Ok just finished reworking the VF-1, now in the correct scale, using all Legal01's parts except the original fuselage fairing from the cockpit back and modded the intake and leg parts to be closer to the proper contours, hope it works.

Happy enough with the reworked legs to go on with this build, also uploading the modded parts for anyone who would like to use them or develop them farther. Here's a comparison shot of old VS new legs.

Hasegawa modified the legs on their 1/48th kit too I think the original Vf -1 was based on the 1/72nd scale kit.

Makes me want to go back and modify the legs on the original files now... what am I saying.

Keep it up Josh I hope you can keep going for all these.
