Hello Friends,

With the addition of a shuttlecraft making a landing, my little attack fleet is finished. I highly recommend any of the PR Models, they are a pleasure to build.

Thanks for reading along.

@9: What a cool idea! One thing I found interesting is how huge these containers "actually" were. In the original Technical Manual its mentioned that up to four of these could be towed at once.

I'm considering the same build, as I love the Franz Joseph approach to Trek etc. I have decided to try glueing strong magnets inside the containers and the "neck connection" thingy of the tug, that way they will (hopefully) link up together nicely.

Hi Guys,

Thanks for your kind words!

@loenf: Interesting we are only 1.5 hours apart but communicating though some 14,000 km round trip! The whole display is about 22 cm long.

@brianne: I think the magnets would work on a reduced scale such as I used. I think if you were to build them at the intended size you would need to thread the containers on a dowel to prevent sagging.

@ Stephan: Looking forward to it!

Kind Regards,

Cris
