Cool Akira Class Starship

I thought I'd share my finished Akira Class Starship (from Zosho). I renamed it USS United NCC-96630 by merely covering the blank spot where the registry should be. (Sorry if this is the wrong section, but I think this is okay...)

I also made a type-9 Shuttle to match the ship with the registry 96630 on it. Enjoy.

Thanks! This was actually the second attempt. The first was a "what the heck goes where?" approach...lol.

That's really cool! I love all of the complex geometry and unusual folds. It was worth the re-build. How big is the completed model?

Eh. About 19 CM from bow to end of nacelle. Not too big, but not puny either. And it's really sturdy (with some reinforcement on the pylons)

Nice. But I'm not THAT in love with the Akira. Voyager or the E-E? Definitely.

I've got both in developement....... Let's see what I can come up with after the Holiday. I've got to get back to the 50" Refit and a couple of other projects, but I'll try to get ahold of Vipers7 as well.
