Did you have some trouble with the edge of the saucer as well? I used a piece of cardboard to provide some support and keep the rim straight. A little "dirty" because of some glue, but I have an idea on how to fix that... |

here's my next update. The saucer is completed, and the stardrive section is awaiting final assembly and shuttlebay installation.

Update 4
Another update. Finished the saucer and stardrive section. I actually built the neck around a piece of corrugated cardboard. The ship looks pretty cool, if you ask me
the warp nacelles and pylons are next and then I'm done! Excited!
