Lost In Space - Jupiter 2
Hi guys,
Thought I would try a quick build of the miniature Jupiter 2 that was posted by Space Agent last week. Has anybody tried this one yet? I think its going pretty good. I do have two questions... the landing gear pad... it it supposed to end up as two pads or one? And secondly, was the the gray rings (with yellow 3) used for? Dave |

Heh heh... I usually find myself working on several models at a time. After all, need something to work on while other parts dry!
Yep, that is the Galileo II shuttlecraft. Almost finished with that one. Also working on Jurassic Park Explorer too. |

Whose version of the shuttle is it? I think Patrick's JP Explorer is one of my favorite models.
Sorry, but I can't help you with your question

it ends up a slanted box as one.

The shuttlecraft is the one from Jorg Stammen. It's pretty neat, is has the interior cabin and sliding side shuttle doors. All I have left is the struts and nacelles to glue on.
The JP Explorer is originally from Patrick Pasques... I did some minor repaints on it. The last thing I want to do is add the remote control antenna's (metal pins), but I don't think white school glue is going to work. Maybe rubber cement? |

Okay, I will post some more pics this evening. Hopefully, I will be able to complete the saucer section tonight (need to figure out which piece will be easiest to "sandwich" last, if you know what I mean).
