MW4 Atlas, MW4 Thanatos and Mektek Dervish

Finally some more paper mech's for the community.

Since I was to lazy to clean / convert some of the mechs, another member was kind enough to work on the Atlas and the Thanatos.
(Thanks to TheRealGrale who prepared these for us.)

The Dervish I completed long time ago but I wanted to make instructions for those who cannot use Pepakura. The Dervish is available in both PDO and BMP / PDF format.
