Looking for Conrad Mitchell

Anybody have an e-mail address, or any contact info for him? I've been working on a repaint of his Scout Ship, and would like his permission to release it. I've tried the e-mail he had listed on the Starship Modeler page about the model, but it was dead. I asked about this on Zealot, but all I got there was a third-party replying that I should just do it without telling Mitchell, and that's not my style. I like to get permission from the original designer...
