I checked through my old model files and found a paper model of a 3V dome. It gives a more rounded shape than a 2V dome.

Modellbogen

Print the segment 5 times and glue together.

Here is the site I found many years ago to construct domes using drinking straws and pipe cleaners.

I'm sorry Dave. I did find several designs I liked in your link as well. Long weekend. I try to say thank you for everyones help. I was working on a surprise birthday party for my 96 year old Mom over the weekend and just glanced over a few of the links yesterday. I got back from the party, sat down on the couch and was out in 15 minutes for at least a 3 hour nap. Thanks again to all for the help.
