Star Wars Freighters

Well, I decided to take a break from the Imperial warships and start making some ships for my little X-wing miniatures to attack, starting with the Container Transport:

I'm going to do a few more freighters as well as some containers so I can have a decent Imperial transport fleet, and then get back to the warships. These will all be 1:270 scale. At this scale the Container Transport will be about 2.4 feet, or 74.2 centimeters. Other ships will probably be between one and two feet in length at this scale for the X-wing game, and I might be persuaded to make them in other scales later.

The Container Transport will be available in the Downloads section as soon as it's approved.

Well I finished another one, boys and girls: the venerable BFF-1 Bulk Freighter!

She's a lot better looking than her old X-Wing counterpart, in my opinion, and this model is a lot more detailed. It's 1:270 just like the Container Transport.

Speaking of which, I tried uploading the ZIP file with the PDO and PDF files, but it rejected it for some reason. I'll make a new one and try it again, then do the Bulk Freighter.

What will be the biggest model you're going to do for the tabletop? 1:270 Deathstar (II)?

Sure, just as soon as I find a suitable orbit, and the funds to purchase a Dragon 9 to get it there.
