Full-scale Vader's Helmet?

Is there a full-scale model of Vader's helmet out there? I read somewhere it was based off a Japanese Kabuto (samurai helmet), and since I plan on making a kabuto at some point, I'd like to use it for a pattern.

I don't know about full sized helmets, but I've seen several miniature ones that could be upscaled to fit your needs.

If you upscaled my Commander Cody helmet
and painted it completely black
and then added a grill to the front
it still wouldn't look anything like Vader's helmet.

I'm not sure Vader's helmet would have a long enough neck guard to be useful as a template for a Kabuto.

I was going to make a miniature Kabuto at one time. Not out of paper, but out of traditional materials and methods used.

Any who, during my research I found this site on Japanese armor by Anthony J. Bryant. On his site he list materials used and the process of manufacturing at the time, also he offers patterns for download.

Here's the link, hope you find it useful: Nihon Katchϋ Seisakuben -- An Online Japanese Armour Manual
