Scratchbuilt Millenium Falcon

This guy is is a master. He may be seriously unhinged after his 2-year scratchbuilding project, but he is good! :D

See his entire build thread at Kartonbau.de - Alles rund um's Kartonmodell... | Bauberichte | Millennium Falcon Eigenbau ca. 1:67

and be amazed.

Most impressive. The force is obviously with that guy. Any idea if he is going to make the model available (not that I would have the ability or the patiance to build it)? Would make an excellent show piece. Thanks for the link

Thanks for the reminder about this build. Nice to see he's finished it. It's certainly a museum quality model - he should be very impressed.

He's not quite done yet. I've been following this build for some time and I can hardly wait to see it finished. If you look back you can see he actually did the interior for the cannon turrets and judging from that the cockpit should be spectacular!

I would have to say that is some of the most insane detail work I have ever seen put into one Millennium Falcon model made out of paper.

Almost hate to state the obvious, but I think this IS what he does for fun (can you blame him?).
