NCC 0514 USS Kelvin Legal01
Hello friends, I had been absent a long time because of work but always check the site to see what new and the updates of the whole big forum, I had not made a model since 2012 (Grumman F4F "Wildcat" Nobi), but I'm back!
I am interested in the U.S.S. Kelvin from Legal01, reason why I started to build it, leaving the preliminary here is my progress. |

NCC 0514 USS Kelvin Legal01
The part of the bridge made me think a bit, I think I set up correctly (the designer can correct me lol), as see in the picture 4a and 5a has digital indication for future reference.
The planes bring numbers - NO INSTRUCTIONS - LoL |

Looking fantastic so far, if there are any changes that need to be made just drop me a line, I have this one printed out but still havent found the time to do the test build!
Thanks for the instructional photos as well, I havent had a chance to complete the instructions as it has been on the test build stack for ages! Looking forward to the rest of the build!

I've got one of these too, even if it seems easy to build the numbers were a bit confusing but the end result is very awesome! :P
Btw if you're thinking about making the enterprise too (unless you made it before :P) you shouldnt settle for anything less then this one: Warp speed!

A little more construction.
MoffKalast: You're right, the numbers a bit confused, your Kelvin model looks great, thanks for the suggestion of the model of Uhu02 & Makino, I got on the pending list.
legal01: Really is an excellent model, you have to make a couple of improvements at the junctions of the central tubular sections, both: the area of the shuttles as the lower nacelle sector, needs to increase a couple of millimeters in the central sections in order to be perfectly fit, in the following images showed such unions (17a and 21a), more construction, will wait your recommendations (and of course the corresponding measurements ). |

Oh right I had problems with that too (totaly forgot about it). You've done a really great job adapting the parts which is more than i can say for myself.

No probs gentlemen, will make the necessary adjustments and upload the updated model asap. In turning the Ent C into vector i have finally learn how to measure the length of an arc in Illustrator so the changes should be simple! Model looking great so far, almost done!
