Ah, that makes perfect sense now. I thought I was losing my mind for a moment. Thanks for the images. I have a plan for my friend with this one.

Talking

Wouldn't it just be easier to make it bigger on the inside?

She did ask if I could... Maybe I do that and see how long it takes her to notice

Although her true favorite character is actually not The Doctor, but River Song.

In fact, there was someone who actually did this. (Well, with the help of some augmented reality tweaks and a smartphone, that is. One cannot expect to really augment the insides of the average timey-wimey machine if one isn't a timelord, innit?) (more info on the build)

In the interest of fairness, I think we need to give Scarecrow credit for those.

According to my wife, my previous builds were too large. If this one isn't small enough, she's just plain out of luck.

This is airdave's TARDIS, not RocketmanTan's. But no, it's not airdave's Big Penny.

The thought had crossed my mind - fortunately for me, she doesn't wear earrings any more.

I had a thought of putting mirrors inside a TARDIS with a 1/3 console against the corner to create the illusion of bigger on the inside but couldn't workout how to keep from seeing yourself through the door?
