Whammy's Battletech mech papermodels

Whammy made some great mech models, and was kind enough to share if with the community at mechwar3.org.

BIG THANKS TO WHAMMY WHO KINDLY SHARED THESE !!!!!!!

I was lucky enough to get some of his mechs models from the members who he shared it with, and now I bring them too you.

The mechs are :

Dark Age Madcat IV

Dark Age Vulture IV

Dark Age Marauder IIC

Rifleman

Warhammer

Warhammer IIC

Wasp

Zeus

All of his models are low poly models, which means fewer parts than the Mechwarrior 4 mechs, yet they still look great.

Whammy's way of texturing the models are great.

I have added them here, and they will also be available at my MediaFire page as per usual.

These should keep all the paper mech heads happy and busy for a while.

As a final note, I just want to say it again :

BIG THANKS TO WHAMMY WHO KINDLY SHARED THESE !!!!!!!

Thank you BLaaR! These are great. I've build a couple of Whammy's models and they are exactly as you describe - well textured and easy to build.

Ditto, and thank you too. That is not the WH IIC I had built, I didn't know Whammy had another version.

To tell you the truth. Neither did I. This Warhammer IIC does not look as good as the one previously released but it does look different enough from the previous Whammy IIC to justify another release of it.

The MWO mechs are very high in detail and there for high in poly count, making them not so ideal to be directly converted to paper. Unless you have some serious skill like parman01 who models and textures the mechs from scratch, you will not see the K2 any time soon. I can how ever help you out with a MW4 version of the K2 if that would help.

I did start working on the Commando some time ago, but never got really far.

The Bushy and Wolfhound along with the Chimera will be finished in the near future to finish of the stock MW4 mechs.

After that the mektek mechs remain.
