Quick question for anyone to answer, in order to ensure that all models in the range are of the same scale and with the current designs being extremely vague on the scale of the model i need a few measurements. With the model apart it is impossible to work on overall length of the design to calculate scale so what I need is the dimensions of the main dish for each model, this is a constant and easy to calculate in each design. I need the measurement for the TOS, Refit, A, B, C, D and E Enterprises.

I was thinking as a start once all the designs are complete that a 1:1000 scale would be a good jumping off point for the range and in time the designs will be increased to 1:400 scale.

Any help appreciated.

PS Enterprise E redraw inm vector almost complete so soon off to get vetted and checked.

I know the D is 467 meters wide
I believe the E is 282 meters wide (not sure)

itīs a simple calculation, because the widest thing at federation ships is the saucer section! here are the ships listed and for the most they are exactly:

Gilso Fleet Charts:- Federation Starship

as an example for the Galaxy (Ent-D):

width: 463 meters

scale 1/1700: 463m/1700 ~ 0,272m = 27,2 centimeters

scale 1/1000: 463m/1000 = 0,463m = 64,3 centimeters

scale 1/400: 463m/400 ~ 1,16m = 116 centimeters

Edit: transposed numbers, now are correct!

Legal, I'll send you my comparison charts. I've worked out the sizes to match what we are shooting for in 1:1000 and 1:400 scale.

And so it begins......... The 1:1000 Scale Enterprise NCC 1701 B and NCC 1701 C have been uploaded and should be available in the downloads sectionas soon as they are approved!

Any test builders, if you find anything that needs changing or any corrections just PM me and we can update the files. Next is the Ent-D to be converted to 1:1000........
