It was a VERY ENJOYABLE build.
My only problem was that I used paper that was too thick for the Viper. So I was unable to fit the skins on it properly.
What paper weight would you recommend for this Viper?

For this particular build of the Viper I used 180 gsm paper (that was 0.33mm thick). UHU02 strongly recommends using cardstock that is 0.22mm thick. I have to agree with him on that. If you use anything thicker, you will not be able to put the skins on (I found that out the hard way.)
I would strongly recommend using this cardstock:
Pen + Gear White Premium Card Stock, 8.5 x 11, 110 lb, 150 Sheets - Walmart.com
This cardstock is closer to the 0.22mm thickness that UHU02 recommended.
