My first model

Hello :-) I start to build the second Star Destroyer model using that assembly technique found on the net. But this time, I'm using cardboard with a specific size and thickness and using this, my final star destroyer will look like a real assembled spaceship, I hope, not like my first first model assembled from one size cardboard. And I wish to paint this with some colors too giving some effects for my ship. I'm still thinking what kind of material use for the radar devices, because it's a little hard to assemble something like that from paper :-) And i'm thinking to use some kind of plastic balls :-) And my final ship will be A4 size, so it's not negligible :-)

If you wish to start building models from cardboard you need to start build from A4 size, not really worth it to build something smaller, because parts attached to the ship are becoming smaller and you have trouble bonding and to keep them in hand :-)

This is my second model build by me, long time ago I build some kind of flying saucer from cardboard and then I lost this somewhere :-) Later I wanted to build the Enterprise, but I cancelled my project, because I couldn't found any description :-)

In supermarket I could buy different spacecraft models for assembly from parts, but they are expensive, so not worth the effort. It's much more fun to build a ship using cardboard, glue and scissors :-)
I can found much cheaper to assembly aircraft's, but these do not interest me :-) only spaceships :-)

Photos later :-)
