I'll give you a little hint:

"It" (or better: "He") will be in 1:6 scale (maybe larger, depending on the buildability of the smallest joints) and fully posable..!

Thank you! This is only a front view in SketchUp with a preliminary texture. The main body is complete. I'm still thinking of how to make the little arms move in and out of his head. As soon as I have something more substantial to add, I'll start a thread on it.

Right now I'm modeling the Phantom. I had to start reworking it though when I saw the two last episodes, because I caught some differences in the overall shape between the show model and mine.
