Man, that brings back memories

I was a kid when I got issue 1 of 2000AD and continued for many years.

Sorry decard, your Blitzspear looks great!

Cheers
Slog

Another one the old cave dweller hadn't heard of. Nice clean build. Went digging for info and seems like you really captured the look.

Yep, that brought back memories. 2000ad was my eldest son's favorite comic. He had the complete set from #1 to the last issue. He sat on them for years ... but was very disappointed with the low value they had when he sold them a couple of years back. I've got a huge pile of pre-war Meccano Magazines that I inherited from my ol' Dad. Often thought they'd be worth a few bob, but I didn't want to sell them. Turns out that every copy of Meccano Magazine ever published is available to download free on the internet now. So I guess they'll just be food for the mouse in my shed now.

Yes of course I read 2000ad too. Nemesis and Torquemada were probably my favorite characters after 'The Stainless Steel Rat'. My immediate reaction to this thread was ... and next we give you Nemesis himself ... but after doing an image search on him, perhaps not. He'd be quite a complex design in paper ... but there are those among us that COULD do it.

Brilliant! I'm always surprised there's not more models from 2000ad so many great subjects.
