Moon Truck from Clever Models

After the upload saga, Can't give it away, I had to try this out.

No instructions and no render of what it should look like on the back end, but I think I am satisfied with it.

Wheels are always a bit of a pain, so I started with them. Built all the components so I could see how it all goes together before applying glue

Looks real good. There are some nice graphics on the tires.

Hmm, scale that truck for use with miniatures games, and that might be a thing.

Actually, if the access door were a bit larger, it would work with 28-30 mm figures. It still would work 'as is', but the door needs to be a bit larger. I'll take a photo later and post it with other models in this scale

scale has been an issue with my fantasy designs.
im used to the usual scale designations like 1/87th etc
game scales like 28-30 mm don't relate.

As has been over-talked elsewhere, 28 mm is not really a scale. It represents an average human male (whatever that is) having eye height of 28mm. I think most modelers design for 1/50 to 1/60. Or somewhere in between.

Overall, I think it fits in with other 28 mm models, but the access door would be a bit small for that scale. A larger door would still fit in the available space, but see more appropriate
