Some work on the wheels and sub-assemblies. Front wheels were attached first and the chassis supported until set.

The rear wheels next followed by the mudguard. The intructions call for this to be fitted after the cab, but I found it easier to fit at this stage.

Quickly followed by the cab assembly.

Just some final details to go.

Looks like a good straightforward build. I was under the impression that there's a part 2 to this that hasn't been released yet. Am I imagining things again?

That's right, there is a trailer to go with it! To be released soon. That will make the whole rig over 3 feet when finished. It's going to be a monster!

Very cool. Your thread makes me want to build it myself. I haven't seen the movie - is there any glass in this beasty? Do you plan on adding any pastel weathering to increase that dusty/rusty look?

Hi Don, I haven't seen the movie either, but what I can make out from the trailer, there is at least glazing for the windscreen, so that is what I've put in. Every other window I have left without. I will add some more weathering once it is complete.
Cheers
Bernie
