Wad Cutter, thank you for suggesting the Visual Spicer X-wing . I was so impressed by the photos on his website and the ones that Rick posted a link to of his build, that I've now bought it, downloaded it, and printed it out! I also bought the R2-D2 model as well!
I've already made a start on the Starfighter-X and so far everything's going well. The website suggests 200gsm card but I only had 160 gsm to hand. I haven't encountered any problems yet, but I can see that I might possibly have to add some internal supports to the wings to prevent the tops and bottoms bowing inwards. What weight of card did you you use for your model Rick?

Chris,
I used from Epson, their Premium Presentation Paper, Matte, it is listed on the box as 165gsm, and it was excellent to work with
