Nissan is doing cross-marketing. They sell the Rogue and Star Wars Rogue One is coming, so Nissan has some Star Wars models hanging in their dealerships, but I haven't seen this one

actually I think it more likely the driver is Daydreaming that they are in a Star Wars
scenario.

Wrestling with the mount piece for the engines today. I want the engines to be removable for easy and safe storage if required. So I came up with this clamp on approach that will hold the two engines on one side. This is how the almost finalized design looks like.



I have only glued on one engine (one of the old prototypes) and it works. Will refine it tomorrow and then start producing the hero parts for the final model.

As you can see I also had a look at the landing gear. They seem to be four identical legs. I have captured the layout from one pic and tried it with just heavy cardboard but it was not strong enough. I need to include some central pillar/tube for reinforcement.
