UD 41 Dropship

This is available to download from Ebble's miniatures website. Mainly for use in wargamming. They have quite a lot of models to pick from for use with 28mm miniatures for the most part. I am fascinated with sci-fi models like these so i just had to build one. The engines can be posed in 3 positions from horizontal to vertical. Mine needed extra support and started to sag from the weight of the engine pods so I fitted them on a dowel running through the cargo bay. The rear cargo door would benefit from a magnetic latch of some sort. The Hummer is also from Ebbles site. Cheers Daryl.

Looking good. I used Josh Buzinski's flat axles to attach the engines and that held up pretty well.

Chris is gearing up to get back into making paper models. I'm definitely looking forward to seeing what he comes up with next.

I hope he does Vermin king. Love this sort of subject. I am a bit of a wargammer myself and I sometimes use these as battle field props as well.

When I got started in this, I did a lot of the Ebbles/Genet models, Marcos's models from TopoSolitario.com, and TommyGun's models.

What games do you play?

Well, Daryl, you gave me an itch to knock out a quick Ebbles model.

I did the Doomball in blue

And I reskinned Glenn Williams' TX-17 to match
