Wow. I build one of these out of paper for my son almost 20 years ago. He still has it. It was small and he explained how it should be the baby ship to b a big one and I had to go about enlarging it and combining the two models so that it was a parent XL-5 with a parasite ship. It was on my desk at least twice a month for glue repairs for years. I'll see if I can find it.

Many thanks jleslie....Glad to know that I wasn't going crazy in my search as it does exist....this is a great starting point and must be the one I was told about. My thoughts I wrote are for the ultimate dream model concept....hmmmm
