I don't think Rawen's is 1/200, though. I think he is talking about a different model

In my experience (which isn't much when it comes to Enterprise kits) Rawen's models go together fine.

I do not know about legal01's.

Does sound like you may have started off with a more complicated model?
You may be a veteran modeller, but do you have much paper experience?

Another common beginner problem is printing pages "to fit".
Allowing your printer to adjust the scale and "fit to page".
This usually results in all your pages being slightly different scale.
Not much, but enough to make assembly very difficult.

I've had a look at the pages and I can see the problem, and possibly a solution. The nacelle halves are flipped left to right. The pieces for the other nacelle appear to be fine.
Solution: When printing page 67, set the page to print "mirror image".

You should probably contact the guy who built one, I think his name is mauther or something like that. I'm pretty sure he has a site that hosts thousands of paper models.

Implying that the rest of us "don't know" isn't going to get you much help in the future.
Mark just happened to be the first one to spot your problem and offer a simple solution.
A very simple solution...that most of us "veteran" modellers would have seen.

Have you seen my boat?
