Echo base battle diorama

So (they say you shall not start a sentence with "so", but so...) I decide to reach out and make something more than just architecture and Soviet spacecraft, so I chose one of the most cool moments in fantasy movie history.

I chose this little thing to assemble:

And here it goes. First what seemed to be easy little guy. Well, wasn't hard, but still not that easy...

I thought it WAS missing the barrels. MAn, I should've known better...


Here's the body with some swab part to make it more rigid.


Them legs.


Now he looks like half Darth Maul.

And now for the real thing, the All Terrain Assault Transport. Man, did it look nice.

The spread.


The main body was cute puzzle but came together nicely.


As you can see.


Same for the head.


And that was it for the first evening - smooth.


The legs base was OK too.


While the legs themselves...


Man, those feet!
