If you are talking about the one that Martin Saenger made (and you got it from his site), yes, all of his models come with instruction.

I am assuming this model was downloaded from the PM website and is the one based on Martin Sänger's design. Our friend Google says look here:

I believe he is talking about the one that Legal 01 came up with. The were no directions, but it was based on the refit Enterprise model in the same scale. There are some directions with that kit, that might be of help. My suggestion would be to get as many online photos of the filming miniture that you can find and that should help you out an great deal.
