Capacitors and coil unfolded.

Large capacitor.

I start thinking about the power source, the choice fell on the Fission battery.

Since LED lights are used to illuminate the vacuum tubes, I need a 3V supply,

therefore, 2 pieces of 1.5-volt AA batteries will be inserted inside.

The main switch lever was made from bracelet artificial pearl and toothpick.

The high voltage power supply was designed according to Tesla 4106U Ametyst TV

One of the more original builds I've seen in a long time...
Imagination... paper... and a sharp knife... and magic happens....

Thank you...

Thank you panzerlite, if you enjoy modeling, it's a pleasure to make something.

Some paper bolts and nuts.

I used silver paper on a perforated box. When panzerlite already mentioned a sharp knife, 99 holes cut out using a scalpel,
I was lazy to look for a hammer hole punch. :D

A orange LED light to illuminate of interior a high voltage power supply will be placed in the square hole.

Simultaneously in sketchup I create a 3D model of voltage source, the fission battery. I had to design my own battery,
because battery from game was ugly as hell (maybe as two hells) and neither "high resolution" texture did not help. :/

Sockets for vacuum tubes.

All the parts are ready, but I'll probably do the cathode ray tube again...

Fission battery small progress. The parts will be cut from a plastic material of thickness 1 and 2mm.

your project advance really well.

Modelling question. With the size of your model I guess you not taking paper thickness into account ? I'm going to start myself a design, in blender, and it's going to be mandatory, not sure how I'm suppose to model my volumes.

Thank Anze, I do my best to work on Fission battery now.

Thank you.

I tried calculating the thickness of paper when creating a square capacitor, but it did not work.
Rhinnoceros has such a feature that he can calculated with a thickness of paper, but that program it is not free.
I do not know if Blender also has such a function, or how calculated with paper thickness.

New CRT can wait, now I do only on Fission battery.

Ladies and Gentlemen, let me introduce you to the puzzle of the Swedish box. :D

But I have a problem with export .dae file to Pepakura Designer, because sometimes are some strange lines on the pieces
and I have not a free CAD program, to remove that lines. Occasionally it help in Sketchup to rotate, or tilt the shapes
in the space, but it is really awkward, do this 10 - 20 times...
