U.S.S Enterprise NCC-1701 1/1000 uhuo2/makino

This is the result of my first model. After sweating and suffering, I found out that I should start with a model that had few steps ... to practice.
My next model, which I bought and then found out that it should not be sold, USS Enterprise by Ron Caudillo. I will show you how we are doing.

Your Enterprise looks good. That one is a real handful! I just wish it was bigger!

Good job on the Uhu Enterprise.

It's a shame that FREE models are sold to unsuspecting people. Where did you purchase it from?

I have the assembly manual available for free if you don't have it. I'll be more than happy to give it to you. Good luck and have fun building it, i certainly had fun designing and building it! Let me know if you have any questions and I help you woth any issues you find.

Thank you Mr. Caudillo, thanks for your support, I will be very happy to receive any information that you think is necessary. I bought this model in a Comic com that was in my country a few years ago. My only doubt is that the paper it came on does not have a lot of GSM, you want 100, is that okay? Which parts should be reformed.

Hello Ares55, Send me a PM with your email address and I will send you the assembly instructions. I can also send you the file to reprint if you want. It will be a PDF.

Because I live in the US, any card stock that I buy is not sold by GSM, but rather a weight so I am not very familiar with anything else. I use 65 pound card stock. Using an online converter I believe that equals 176 GSM, maybe someone else can help us with this. I think a lot depends on the type of paper (cover stock, card stock, etc). Since I only buy the 65 pound card stock, I don't have to personally worry about these things.

There are a lot of small parts and rolling of tubes/surfaces and the 65 pound cardstock works very well for me. I find that if you use a lighter (thinner) paper, the model crushes easily and does not provide enough support. If you use a heavier (thicker) paper, the small parts are hard to form and the tubes do not roll easily.

Bet to you and thank you for choosing my Enterprise model to build.
