Nice work. All those little extra details are really bringing this bird to life.

Thanks guys, appreciate it!
It is fun adding these details, not following a plan but just seeing where it takes me. |

Thanks Sergio, much appreciated!
Some more details added: I clipped the ends from lollipop sticks, then pushed the insides out a bit with a golf tee These were then glued to the VTOL fans on the wing tips and the nose Then made some small cones, these were glued to the engine intakes and the missile magazines under the wings |

Thanks Sergio!
I wanted to re-use some of the details I had made previously for my Land Raider, but unfortunately most of these are too big, especially the aquilla. So I set out to make a smaller one using green stuff: I then made a garage mold, which I cast using apoxie sculpt. To speed up the process I did not let the apoxie sculpt cure in the mold; I used glue-covered card to pull the casts out of the mold, and once they all cured I dunked them in water. This loosened the glue so I could pop the casts off, then clean them up Here is a shot of the front of the Raptor |

Pilot
Cheers Sergio, much appreciated!
I made another cast of the Space Marine figurine I sculpted earlier, then modified his posture to extend his left arm, and added a bit more of his pelvis / lower body. This will be the pilot. |
