It is not the same stand that he posted in post 28. The PDF file has the updated parts for the original stand.

Hi guys.

@rickstef: Rhaven Blaack is right. In post #24 are only the modifyed parts for the original stand designed by Cheesey Wotsit.

@skyman00: Thank you, and I think I understand.

@Rhaven Blaack: Thank you.

I will think about to make the new stand available.
But give me a view days, because there are some things to do for.

Regards,

Wiwo

Alternative Stand

Hello.

On request I will publish my alternative stand for the Scipio Africanus.
I hope, the instructions are clear to understand, because I am no native english speaker.

Regards,

Wiwo

Thanks for the stand, Wiwo. Looks nice.

About 60 percent of the way through my 1/144th-scale build and your posts and photos have been helpful. Thanks.

Hello dhanners.

Thank you!
I think thats the sense of a build report - make it easyer for others to build the same model and avoid them tapping into the same tar-pits.

I hope you will share some pictures of the finished Model with us.

I work currently on a 1:250 scale build of the destroyer, corresponding to my 1:250 TACHI.

Cheers,

Wiwo

.... 1:250 ....

Good evening.

@Rhaven Blaack: THX!

dhanners finished his Scipio Africanus in 1:144 scale and so did I with my 1:250 scale model.

I made the "TACHI" in 1:250,

and leave her not alone so I made the "SCIPIO AFRICANUS" also in 1:250.

To give proof, that this is not a picture from the "Fake-News", both destroyers on one picture with my chaotic workingplace as background.

Some parts were so small, so I had to find an other way to build them and for my planned way of presentation I had to change construction of the inner frames of the rear mainbody.

I hope to shoot tomorow more pictures at daylight.

Until next time, see you.

Wiwo

PS.: Knows sombody whats up with cheesy wotsit? He was not active here since 2nd. January.

Very nice builds! And having built a Tachi in 1/200th scale awhile back, I can attest that 1/250th would be a whale of a challenge.

Gallery Pictures.

Hi folks.

@dhanners: Thank you. With some minor modifications related to the scale, it was not so difficult.

Here some pictures from the finished model.
I hope you like them.

Cheers

Wiwo
