I had to look up what that SS Botany Bay is...

Nice going.Far too small for my hands but still excellent model of one.

I went to a Japanese restaurant in Los Angeles with some friends for dinner one weekend about 25 years ago.
I reached for the door to open it and was surprised to see the actor, very aged but recognizable as the "Rogue" captain ot the S.S. Botany Bay!
Also known as Ricardo Mantaban. He gave a nod and said thank you as he and his dinner friends were leaving
at the same time as my friends and I were just coming in.
Some people will remember him for other roles as well as Mr. Roark of Fantasy Island on television.
