Star Wars Darkchild Act 3 Underworld WIP
Wow, there's so much new stuff posted here, some really fantastic work.
I thought I'd update my Darkchild post (which is now on page 2 of this forum if anyone wants to catch up with the story) This week it's been Dumpster Delving time...I've been digging out any interesting pieces of polistyrene packaging to add as fillers for my photo sets. I've added cardboard backdrops and floors using decals I've made. I've got about half way through putting everything together, but I've got some very difficult set pieces that I'm leaving to last. The next chapter is going to be a lot longer than the last two, plus it's going to expand the Darkchild Universe somewhat, which should please a few people. I've got lots of new characters, fight scenes, airial battles and more, I've just got to get my head around some of the more complicated scenes. As I've already put weeks into this I thought that I should let you guys see at least some images before the talk bubbles get added. So here is just a small selection. |

Some of those sets are fantastic. Where do you store all of this stuff? I bet you do not have a garage anymore it is a warehouse now.

Thanks for the input. Your work area is well organized in comparison to mine. In my case I block out the mess and photo the main objective without the surrounding clutter. I especially like the modular look of your sets and being able to shift around the platforms for different angle shots.

These sets just keep getting better. You really have a feel for the photonovel. Keep up the good work.
I've got to get back to work on laying out one for my comicbook. I just can't find a decent action figure that I can modify into my character. I may have to wait for the November toy show and see what I can find. I wonder if they make an Ironman figure with a Tony Stark head? Clif |

Heres a link I found over the weekend. Tektonten Papercraft: Sci Fi Corridor Paper Model Its a scifi corridor for Dr. Who. Its in black and white but you could easily texture the parts in Photoshop. I'm planning on doing just that in the near future. Clif |

The lighting and composition in that first shot is brilliant, thanks for posting before bubble-izing. |
