Long range shuttle Surak

This is a quick build of a simple model, that has a particular meaning for me, because it's the model that let me know the art of paper models. I have to correct myself, because in my presentation I told that the model was the one in Paper Modeling Man site, but the right one is this one in SF Paper Craft Galley, as also indicated in Paper Craft Square.

Unfortunately, I printed the template some years ago, on sheets too much thin (IIRC about 80 gsm) and with a laser printer with low red level, so it turned gray.

The first step was the warp nacelles.

This is the interconnecting dorsal between the shuttle and the warp section.

This is the proper shuttle.

I forgot to take the picture of the building of the main hatch support, which must be placed inside the shuttle, before close it.

Now it's the turn of the warp support structure.

This is the compete warp structure, the nacelles attached to the pylons.

And completing the long range shuttle, the proper shuttle, the interconnecting dorsal and the warp structure.

Last final step is the expositor.
