Borg Cubes....

.....and Seven of Nine picture cubes. Below are seven photos of the first nine cubes, to be released very soon. Make them all, or mix and match!

Another way to make a borg cube (a very time consuming way) would be to emulate the original fx model, which was just left over sprues from plastic models glued together. Lollipop sticks of various lengths at 90 degree angles for each face should work, maybe four cubes nested within each other would give an illusion of density.

That's roughly what I did for a sketchup model of that cube (Borg Cube by Gillman - Google 3D Warehouse). That's a way easier technique for a virtual model than a physical one.

Now that I think about it, you could probably even hide a few LEDs inside for a lighting effect.

...

Yep. I've done a couple and have been saving sprue for a couple of years to make a big one. Besides, I need to put that degree in EET to work again and come up with some nifty effects.

I never though of Jeri as square...

More shapely, in fact...

Great work!
