1/72 Terminator HK-Tank (severely modified)

Hi, i´m working on a little dream of mine... i´m a big fan of the "Terminator"- series, especially the first two movies, but i never liked the original HK-Tank-design... so i started to draw my own version of the HK-Tank... now i finished the design-process and have begun to build a
1/72 model of my design. As i said, it was never intended to be the original, but to represent my vision of a "better" HK...

Here is a little comparison of the two designs, the figure is as high as a normal man...

The really important things are the features that i want to add to the model, some of them will be really hard to realise... here are most of them:

- movable wheels, movable tracks (with individually movable track-parts...)

- movable drive sections (for dynamic adaptation on the ground...)

- 360 degrees movable "body" on the main block

- 360 degrees movable "head"

- 360 degrees movable "laser-guns", mounted on special adaptors that can switch between "low angle fire" and "high angle fire"...

well, i already built the main block...

Hehehe. He meant there's nothing wrong with you redesigning the HK. :D
I also like what you have done. Looks very promising!

It looks good so far. I like the concept. There is nothing wrong with making the model "YOUR OWN" by adding your own "TOUCH" to it. I have scratch built a few of my own models with my own touch to it. So continue this build, you are doing a good job on it.

I'll be interested in how you plan on making the tracks moveable. Are you going to cut out each individual link and use wire to connect them?
