Paper-replika.com Optimus Prime Vehicle Mode
I started building this last August (2009) and what an adventure it has been. I printed it at least four times on four different kinds of paper. I had no luck with glossy brochure paper or photograph paper - it flaked and was hard to bend. So I went with regular card stock and unlimited coats of Krylon clear acrylic paint. Then, no glue would stick except CA (crazy glue, super glue), so I learned to work with that - stuck fingers, pieces sticking to my fingers, pieces sticking together too quickly, ripping parts off and re-gluing - even got superglue in my eye! That actually wasn't as bad as it sounds. It only irritated my eye for a few hours. :p Anyway - finally - here is Jules' Optimus Prime Peterbilt 379. I'll take more pictures tomorrow in natural light.

Great job Barx!!!!! I wonder if Red River silver paper would have made the chrome work pop like it was real? Hmmmm

Thanks for the comments. I took more pictures today and had to augment the natural light with a little halogen because it's rainy and gloomy. You can see all the pictures here:
