Shiftdel's Mauler build

I'm roughly about 50% through a build of Shiftdel's Mauler using that Blue & White texture that I reworked for it.

Coming along... I've spent a bunch of time getting seams and joints to be as minimal as possible. In some cases I've removed an additional face that would sit between where 2 pieces come together. I've also been stuffing the larger pieces with tissue to give it some additional strength and push to close the seams even tighter.

I remember beta building this for shiftdel and the torso piece was tricky and I think I re-did the center piece twice because if it is off then the other pieces is all so going to be off.

But your build is looking great. I still want to re-build the Mauler with another skin since mine was the BETA white skin. I think I have about 5 mechs with the white skin on.....lol. Time to re-do them too.

Oh yes. You can also make the elbow joints, it was real easy to do

I've completed the upper torso of the Mauler and it's looking really nice. I was hoping to be a bit further, but last week was a crazy week.

Let's just say server rooms don't like when their UPS runs out and there is still tons of lightning.

Well I was able to complete my build this weekend. I must say this is one fine looking mech. My list of mechs that I would like to build is slowly shrinking. The resculpt Vulture and a retexture of the Stone Rhino are next on my list of to do's for mechs.
